We decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We waited in our car for over 25 minutes before they called our order on the loudspeaker. A staff member told us to move to the second window to place our order. There were two cars ahead of us, so we had to wait for them to order and then receive their food. It seemed like they were taking longer than necessary, as there were at least 6 employees working. Finally, we reached the window and placed our order with the cashier. We ordered drinks and then waited for our food. When we received our food, we asked for our second drink but were told they had already given it to us, even though we hadn't received it. hort service only 4 cars in the drive through and inside seemed empty. it took almost 10 minutes to get to the order screen, then we sat on the order screen for more than 10 minutes just wait to have taken our order. then waited almost 10 minutes to get our food. the crew didn't seem to care about the customers at all. they were all standing in front and talking to each other.
