Guess I'll leave a review here since they didn't bother giving us a receipt when asked. The crew that was working this evening was incredibly rude to my husband. If they weren't working they were eating on the line or laying on the counter... once it was our turn to receive our to go order the person basically threw it at him which caused the drink to spill everywhere didn't off napkins there were no napkins in the bag all that he could say was my bad as he closed the window... we are frequent guest at Wendy's as it's one of our few select fast food chains we visit. But we will NOT be back at this location
Second shift manager told me to order somewhere else because her store is short staffed after I ordered from DoorDash.She told me that the fact that they are short staffed they can not make my food after I paid but instead she accepted a order from the DoorDash who told me not worry and that he’ll pay for what I ordered and that doesn’t make sense to me.If it wasn’t t for him or sheThe manager at Wendy’s wouldn’t have made my food that I paid for.She was rude and she was a Caucasian lady and she also cursed me out.
timing in the car-duration was in order, my pommes were the tips and ends of the carrots no more than one inch or two, even had a few raw pommes that were cold and not cooked, the double cheeseburger was under boiled and actually red/red on places. Hope the dings are soon better, rather unhappy with my visit in the goodlettsville
My order is always cold and wrong. I don't know what they do differently but their food tastes like no other Wendy's and I mean that in the worst way possible. Their food is not worth it go to the Goodlettsville location.

I ordered on the app. Taking my phone with me, it let me get what I wanted hot with it the hassle of rummaging around for moneyThe good was cooked to order, the service was good. The workers were friendly.
everyone who showed up on the loudspeaker went because no one took orders, had waited over 20 minutes and no one took my order, terrible decision to go there to my lunch break, definitely not return.
The fries are as advertised they off the chain I was pleasantly surprised. Caused I didn't know they had changed them until after I was eating them. Good service and friendly people
