My family and I specifically choose this Wendy’s because of their consistently fresh and hot food, along with their friendly staff. When we place special orders, they're always accurate and prepared promptly. Since we are regulars, many of the staff engage in small but meaningful conversations during our visits. One area for improvement would be to pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant’s interior. On the few occasions we've dined in, we found this aspect lacking. Overall, though, I have very few complaints about this Wendy’s. Thank you for the great food and friendly service!
I've been living in the neighborhood for about eight months now, and I visit this restaurant once a month. However, each time I come, I encounter issues with the drive-thru service. On February 6, 2023, I pulled into the drive-thru and waited for three to four minutes without anyone acknowledging me. It wasn't until I said "hello" that someone finally responded, and even then, all I got was, "go before your order." At that moment, I decided I wouldn't be coming back. That was my last visit.
I waited in line for over 12 minutes and then my order went missing. When I got home, I discovered that my order wasn't prepared as I requested. I called to speak with the manager, and after an hour of trying to reach someone, I was told they only answer known callers and that I should bring the order back to them. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
I've been to this location a few times in the past few weeks (for lunch break) to order me my usual bacon cheeseburger and I just wanted to give the cooks and staff kudos for their quick service, friendliness, and for being one of the few restaurants that knows how to perfectly cook some bacon. The restaurant is impressively clean inside. The food was enjoyable and offered a refreshing alternative to typical fast food options. The service was quick and welcoming! Additionally, I must mention that the bathroom was spotless! Great job, Wendy's!
The order was hot and accurate, and the staff are friendly, clean, and work diligently to ensure your order is ready quickly. This is my favorite Wendy's location.
