I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere feels quite uninviting and rundown. The soda machine was leaking all over the floor, and there was no effort to clean it up. The tables were consistently dirty, and the service was not friendly. Our food took a long time to arrive, and the ketchup dispensers were usually empty and not cleaned. This was, without a doubt, the worst fast food restaurant I've ever visited. If it weren't my only option, I wouldn't have chosen to eat here. Management should really take a hard look at their operations, as they seem to be falling short.
Honestly it was like being at a block party in the hood. The crew was laughing and cussing... everything was dirty and empty In the lobby....lady at the front had meth sores all over her face....the crew In the back walked past my girlfriend and I as they came back from smoking what was CLEARLY some very potent marijuana.... everything was dirty...even behind the counter. Completely unprofessional....loud...and not at all what any restaurant chain should have representing them. Don't bother or waste your time... unless you're a fan of block parties....then by all means enjoy.
I've been to Love's truck many times for gas or snacks never noticed Wendy's until someone asked me about it. I'm clueless sometimes. Sigh. So I got breakfast for us this morning it was great! The app worked well. The order was well packaged ready when I got there. And it all tasted as great as Wendy's always does. We're so glad to have a Wendy's close enough to go to frequently, even if I did practically have to be hit by a 2x4 board before I noticed it!
I stood in line for ten minutes, but it never moved. After becoming uncomfortable with the racially charged conversation from a girl wearing a Michael Brown T-shirt instead of the proper uniform, along with a few of her coworkers, I decided to leave without placing an order.

Was in here this evening to order a meal. Walked In and the two ladies over by drive thru saw me come in and totally ignored my presence. Stood there for a few minutes and was never acknowledge me so I left . Will never darken there door step again
These guys are fantastic! They quickly correct any mistakes without you even noticing. Their service gets better every day. Just a quick request—please don’t tow my equipment away again. We want to keep a good neighborly relationship!
