I ordered a chicken sandwich at a restaurant on Old Hickory Rd in Nashville but forgot to ask for mustard. Once I remembered, I spoke to the manager and asked if they could add some mustard to my sandwich. She kindly took it back to the kitchen for me. Unfortunately, the staff went overboard and added way too much mustard, which completely overwhelmed the flavor of the sandwich. It's disappointing when employees don't seem to focus on their tasks. I just want to make sure they do their jobs properly.
We visited this Wendy's around 9:10 PM hoping for a quick late-night snack. According to their website, they were supposed to be open until 11 PM, but the door stated they actually close at 10 PM. The dining area was locked, and we received no response at the drive-thru. Wendy's, please stop misleading your customers!
I waited in the longest drive-thru line I've ever experienced, but surprisingly, it moved faster than other places where I've been the third car in line. I was truly impressed, and the food was outstanding!
The service was swift and welcoming. Even with a packed parking lot, they efficiently seated customers without any wait. Every dish that was presented was flawless. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

The food was amazing, and the drive-thru service was quick. I wasn't a big fan of the strawberry frosty, but I absolutely loved the chocolate one!
We had an amazing experience on Saturday evening! The staff was very welcoming, and the food was exceptionally fresh.
