Great Wendys restaurant at this point. I used the ride, it was just after dinner. There was a car in front of me and it took no time to pay my order and pick it up the next window. The staff was friendly, friendly and very professional, they were quick to give me everything that was in my order. My food was fresh and the appropriate temperature for the ordered items. I have no complaints. Job did well to put my order together and get me on the way.
As soon as i walked in, they refused to take our order at the register and directed us to the kiosk even though there was nobody in the store or in the drive thru. My food was utterly disgusting, as well as the sorry excuse of a coffee that they gave me. I basically paid for absolutely no food or drink. Thank you Wendy’s, I will not return to this location for anything.
This Wendy's could really use a staff overhaul. When I went through the drive-thru, the noise level was so high with loud shouting and laughing that they couldn't even hear me placing my order. The atmosphere felt unprofessional, and I think they need to improve their customer service.
The service and food are good, but ever since COVID began in 2020, fast food no longer feels fast. I've consistently found myself waiting at least 20 minutes at various Wendy's locations, and at the Covington, GA site, I once waited a staggering 48 minutes in line. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I’ll be adding this place to my list of places I won’t return to. The staff in the kitchen were yelling and goofing around like they were at a party. I would rather not have any germs or saliva from their antics end up on my food.
I ordered a chicken sandwich while I on a road trip. They gave me a double cheeseburger loaded with mayo and didn’t give me a receipt either.
I just want to thank Wendy for her excellent customer service and for my delicious bag!
