How hard is it to understand an order? #3 meal which is a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with Large fries and drink with 2 chicken sandwiches i asked for REGULAR on the nuggets because I don't eat anything spicy, so i walk out to my tractor trailer which is parked 200 yards away from the truck stop and what did they do? Gave me 10 SPICY NUGGETS and forgot to give me one of my damn chicken sandwiches, how hard is it to understand regular and 2 chicken sandwiches when placing an order less than 2 feet away from the girl?
I hardly ever yelp a franchise such as this but I will say they earned it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Another patron who was picking up food for others dropped the drink carrier and of course was embarrassed but all the front staff was very nice and on point at cleaning up the mess. Even offering to help her carry out the remakes. Kudos to those there today. Not to mention our food was fresh and hot!
I was very disappointed with my experience. I waited 30 minutes for stale fries to accompany my melted Frosty, and my order was incorrect. To make matters worse, not a single person handling food was wearing gloves, which I found very unappetizing. Overall, I can't rate this place highly at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Brittney's attitude at the drive-thru window was quite poor. All we wanted was to place our order and enjoy our meal, but she seemed irritated and hurried us along. It felt like she was letting her bad day affect her interaction with hungry customers, which is unacceptable!

The restaurant was empty, but there was no one available to take my order. After a long wait, I ordered two large chili dishes, but I only received a half cup for both. I paid for two large servings, but there wasn't enough to fill even one! It was just awful!
We usually go to the Wendy's on Thomas Rd, but it's closed for reconstruction.... so we decided to keep the on good Rd... to our surprise the staff was friendly, the food was hot and the lobby was clean.... You're the good work! We're coming back...
I visited today and initially felt ignored, but then I met a wonderful worker named Nykie who was very friendly. She took my order and was incredibly kind. She definitely deserves recognition for her excellent service!
I'm really disappointed. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with extra mayo, but what I got was not what I expected. The customer service could definitely use some improvement as well. I don't plan on returning.

The food was excellent, and the new staff members were very friendly. They promptly refilled my coffee with a fresh pot. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I love Wendy's! The only thing I don't like is the interior area. It needs to be cleaned! The service is ok, and the food is great!
