This review is about the slow service at the Monroe Street location in Sylvania, near QZar. For the second time in a few weeks, we stopped here for our son to get a kids meal and waited in the same long line for 5 minutes without moving, with 5 or 6 cars ahead of us. These fast food places have not been fast at all lately. The training needs to be reexamined, and it's not just Wendy's. With the increase in prices and declining service, these slow service food establishments are not worth the wait.
I was not very impressed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag and was disappointed with several aspects of my meal. The condiments on the double stack were incorrect, the sauce for the nuggets was wrong, I did not receive my drink, I had to ask for a Frosty, and the nuggets were stale. The fries were okay, but overall, only 1 out of the 6 items in my order was correct without any issues.
