The customer service is non existent. The cashier was rude when taking my order. Instead of asking what sauce and drink I would like she said no sauce no drink . Im sure thats not how she was trained to take orders. She also didnt give me a receipt. When I asked for a Jr frosty she lied and said they only have medium even though I could clearly see Jr frosty cups behind her. I asked why she couldn 't use those cups she ignored me completely. Clearly scamming customers by lying not allowing them to use there free frosty keychain and charging for a bigger size. I will never be returning to this establishment. The food isn 't good enough to tolerate horrible customer service and scams
Sir this is not a Chicken blt I ordered a Chicken BLT no mayo. I got the sandwich and checked it before i left the window, full of mayonnaise. I let him know and he instructs me to park and someone would bring my sandwich out. A young man brings out my sandwich and i open it up to find a triple cheeseburger. It was without mayo so that message was received. I would avoid this Wendy 's unless you have an excessive amount of patience...
I have been in line for over 20 minutes. There are three people in the order taker window and now noone at the give me my order window. This slow service is typical of this Wendy's. There were only three cars in front of me. Oh they just came to the window and asked me if I paid and what was my order. I only ordered a single and a chicken sandwich. And it's cold. No napkins and no receipt.
My granddaughter ordered her meal, and we weren't aware that it came with a burger instead of a chicken sandwich. After we discovered the mistake, we returned to the restaurant, and they quickly corrected the issue without any hassle. It was completely our fault, but they were very understanding and didn't make us feel bad about it at all. The staff was really pleasant!

I arrived at the restaurant and noticed the staff arguing about who would take my order. Meanwhile, the manager seemed anxious about the police presence outside. A young boy, with his pants sagging, was playing with an empty nugget carton, despite there being no nuggets available. It was quite concerning to witness such behavior. I decided to leave without dining there.
Bought the Biggie Burger meal from one Wendy's. Delicious ! Warm burger, fries were nice and hot. Went to another Wendy's on Allentown Road, ordered the exact same meal. Needless to say I did NOT have that exact/same experience. Why was there a difference
The food was enjoyable, and the service was pleasant too, although it was a bit slow for a time when the restaurant wasn't very busy. I believe the building could use some renovations.
Last minute decision and wouldn't return. The fries were hard and old. My husband's bread on his sandwich was hard. The only food that was good were my husband's nuggets and my frosty.

The fries were fresh and hot, and the food was enjoyable. However, there was a long wait time both at the speaker and the window. I noticed that many young people were working there.
The fresh salads are excellent, but the drive-thru definitely needs improvement. I waited for 25 minutes! Come on!
