This restaurant is decent. It seems like they don't require their employees to wear uniforms, as the person at the window was wearing a wrinkled, off-white t-shirt. They looked like they had just rolled out of bed and come to work. While you don't need to look perfect to work at a fast food restaurant, is it too much to ask for a uniform shirt? Additionally, the employee was coughing all over the place. Disappointing.
I normally don’t take the time to leave bad reviews but this was pathetic. Pulled up to the order speaker at 10:24. Employee told me she would be with me shortly. Finally at 10:31 said can I help you we are on lunch now is that ok. I said no. I’ve been here for 7 minutes. Then she tried to say that I pulled up after 10:30. I then left. Didn’t catch name but what a terrible place to go.
On my first and second visit, I received incorrect orders and my food was freezing cold. When I returned a third time, the manager warned me that he couldn't guarantee my fries would be hot. When they arrived, they were overcooked and crunchy, as if they had been reheated in the fryer. The service was also slow, with my meal not arriving until 11:15 pm.
Been wanting to go here for breakfast a long time now, finally went this morning. Drive thru menu had all the lunch items on it, no breakfast. I asked if they were serving breakfast, it was 7:30 am she said ,oh its not updated yet, thats all she said, I left, no apology or anything, like I knew what they had, terrible service Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The lady who took my order was friendly. Unfortunately, our dining experience was awful as the food we received was completely different from what I had ordered. The bacon on the chicken sandwich was not crispy and there was no sauce on it.
When I visited the drive-thru, the staff member initially spoke politely, but after I mentioned an error in my order, they spoke to me with misunderstanding and rudeness for the remainder of my experience at the drive-thru.
the person who took our job had terrible employment .had to have made my food new because it was cold then after home got my burger was pink in the middle
