Today at 2:26pm, Jakqueline was working at the window and she needs to improve her manners and human decency. When I asked her a couple of questions about coupons, she responded very rudely and condescendingly, making me feel devalued. When she handed me my order at the window, she didn't even bother to make eye contact. She also failed to say thank you or have a nice day, which is basic customer service etiquette. It is important to treat others with kindness and Jakqueline needs to work on improving this aspect of her interactions with customers.
Very rude location I’m not sure why they have 4 stars ?? Maybe they just had a bad day but not our fault, we were being nice the whole time. They don’t provide condiments and when you ask they act like it’s such a hard task and give you attitude, specially Jaqueline which was the girl that charged us and slammed the window on us. I work at fast food I know it doesn’t take much to just put some ketchup in the bag if you don’t want to deal with people! Train your employees better. Customer service sucks, Food was excellent!
Bought some Wendy's coupon books for Halloween treats and since no one trick or treats anymore I have to use them. The frosty they provide is a disgrace it's more like the idea of a frosty or the suggestion of one than the actual thing.

The restaurant offers the best spicy chicken combo, exceptional service, and a very clean environment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely return to this location.
The restaurant has fresh French fries and a super friendly staff. The store is very clean and has an awesome fireplace setting with lounge chairs. The food we ordered was delicious.
Great service, but the franchise owner VASTLY inflates the menu prices. $7 Biggie Bag?? $1 to add onions to the chilli?Employees are awesome, the owner is greedy.
