They had totally messed up our order. I had gotten the homestyle barbecue chicken sandwich with the onion rings and cheese on it. They gave me a chicken sandwich with barbecue and pickles on itnand that was it. They also charged me for my drink and never gave it to me, I got chili with cheese and sour cream, I was charged for that too but didn't get it,. Turtle also gave me the wrong dressing for my salad after telling them twice that I wanted ranch. Absolutely ridiculous.
Just picked up 2 Baconator burgers. The bacon was cooked until it was black. The burger was almost as bad. This is not the first time our food was a disappointment. This store has really gone downhill.
I was in the drive thru and the managers were screaming at each other. One was making racist comments and when I told them I could hear them she told me I could leave!!! I will never be back!

this place deserves lob! I work until I have closed most nights in helen, and this wendy is on the way home. So I'll stop here after hours.
This place is 50/50. 50% of the time they get my order right and 50% of the time they don't. I don't often go to this restaurant.
