I went there today and while I did have a slight hiccup with my order in the drive through. It was very busy so I went inside. Upon entering I noticed there was a woman working might be a manager she wore a different shirt so I am assuming. She dropped what she was doing and greeted me right away. She was the only woman who appeared to be on shift at the time. Her disposition was excellent she smiled with her eyes. She handled herself like a champion. Furthermore she didn 't yell at the staff she didn 't miss a beat and she didn 't interrupt the flow of the drive through. She went and made my sandwich correctly and quickly. I pulled up to the drive through at 11:25. No one answered to take the order, until I called at 11:41 and said ?hey, you have a few people waiting in the drive through.?. Then proceeded to get attitude from the worker taking the order. I pulled up to the window and the lady didn?t say a word, just stuck her hand out for the card. While she was swiping my card lady number 2 said ?another car just queued in the drive through? to which a 3rd lady replied ?why does this always happen right before we close, god I hate people?. I decided to try something new and ordered a single cheeseburger combo at Wendy's. It was 11:32 a.m., and there was only one other customer, so the place wasn’t too busy. The fries were warm but not piping hot. The burger was decent. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the chili, which is my usual choice at Wendy's, because the young man who took my order mentioned there was an issue with it and advised against it for safety reasons. When I drove up to the window to pay, I requested my receipt for my Fetch app, but I was informed that someone would need to go to another area of the restaurant to get it, which struck me as odd. Overall, the food was satisfactory and the service was adequate.
Order was incorrect and I came to get a replacement meal and instead was greeted with an attitude from one of the managers I believe her name started with a M she was very distasteful as if I was a bother to her I understand it was 30 mins to closing but the attitude was uncalled for this has been my 2nd time getting messed up food from this establishment but the first time being treated like a pest I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed in the managements action being as they?re supposed to lead by example I will no longer come here because if I would have reacted it would have been an even bigger issue truly disgusting needs better staffing !

Always fast, polite and the food is good. I know this location had some trouble when it first opened, but they seem to have fixed their issues because this Wendy's is really good. I never have to worry about the order getting messed up or that the food will be old and gross because they do such a good job. Even when there is a line, they are able to get you through in a reasonable amount of time.
The food is great and fresh, and the staff is friendly! My only concern is that the person at the counter should wash their hands before handling food for customers or wear and change gloves, especially if they've been cleaning. As of January 28, 2022, they are still handling food containers without gloves, which needs to be addressed.
If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered online because I can?t leave the house (covid) and not sure what I received. Looks like a couple hockey pucks on buns. The patties on the burgers I got were burnt looking, and hard. The food also arrived cold.
The food was delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. We were a party of two adults and three kids, and we had a great experience overall.

Theres no management at this place, customers are being told to wait at the parking lot for their order and then get forgotten, waiting for 30 minutes plus for a simple order.
Went thru drive-thru ask to move to a slot while they cook the nuggets. After watching others take their orders and leave went inside. Was giving food the was old cold?
