The line reached all the way to the drive-thru at 10:00 PM, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to order two Frosties. By the time we finally left, the line extended all the way to the street. On our next visit, we got there before 10 PM and had a shorter wait, but sadly, they ran out of Frosties.
The food was absolutely delightful, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service. I can appreciate that it can be difficult at times! Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
