I won't complain about the wait time or the food quality, but after waiting a total of 22 minutes in line and at the window, they forgot to give me the sandwich I ordered. I paid $6 for a Baconator that I never received. I didn't check the 4 bags of food before leaving, and despite the snow and a 15-minute drive, my entire order was missing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
At first we sat in line at the drive through without anybody coming to the speaker for the first 5mins but let me tell you the older lady was a boss. She got on that speaker and did her job very well. Never saw a line move so quickly, and SHE WAS HAPPY, FRIENDLY and I KNOW SHE GOT MY ORDER CORRECT!! Friendly employees ,food was hot and came out correct and fast
This restaurant is one of the worst in the state of New Jersey. I work nearby and they have messed up my order the last 5 times I have been here. Today, my friend asked for 4 cheese sauces and none were in the bag. This has happened frequently. On our last visit, they only gave us 3 nuggets in a 10 piece order, which is unacceptable.
My order has been wrong every time I go here. It’s the closest one so I still come but probably not anymore. I live 5 minutes away and the food was ice cold when I got home. I drive a Tractor trailer they are telling me I have to go thru the drive thru to order my food. The manager says we can't have you walk up to the drive thru and we can't bring it outside. But an employee just came out to smoke a cigarette oh and every other day the inside is open from 11am-2pm
The portion size was disappointing, with the large frosty cup only halfway filled and the burger appearing to be only a half patty on the bun. The French fries container had only 11 fries in it, as I counted. The food was cold, but the service was friendly.
Been coming here since about 2012 ish when I moved to jersey and they will 100% screw up your order half the time you go there. Plus it's gotten kinda pricey nowadays so it's even more annoying.
