Wanted to try the newest breakfast items, I had been waiting awhile so I said to self let's do it!I walk in around 9:38 am, pretty slow, meet one of the employees on my way in, she does not even look up , I go to the counter, don't see anybody, wait, no one walks up, wait some more, nothing, then a girl walks, sees me and just keeps walking on her way out, I wait, she comes back and again doesn't even acknowledges me, goes to the back ignoring me , the first employee that I met comes back, stares at me but doesn't say anything, so I ask, do you serve Mexicans here? She asks me, what do you want.? At that moment I decided that I wanted nothing and walked out.I should have said, AKNOWLEDGMENT,...
The food was good as expected, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff member did not speak English and simply handed over the food without any interaction. They forgot to include a cake in the order and did not offer condiments. When I asked for sauce, I had to wait for another staff member to come and take my request. I was also asked to pay for food that I had already paid for through mobile orders. The service was slow compared to other Wendy's locations, and it seemed like there was a lack of management oversight. I would not recommend going to this restaurant for good or friendly customer service, especially on a weekday morning.
terrible experience. my strawberry limonade had a bug, it looked as soon as it was handed over to me, I pointed it out and tried to brush it off and asked if I could replace it with a regular limonade, which thought it was impossible that it also had a bug. to my surprise, which also had a bug. one of the workers tried to justify by saying hmm I don't think it's a bug, I think it's just an ame, while the other coworker said it's okay, I can give them a new limonade, it's just that limonade sweet and sweet draws bugs and insects... The manager was rude when they called a family member of mine who was just trying to place an order for food. It would be appreciated if someone from the company could inform the manager here not to treat customers poorly and to leave their personal problems at the door. We visited the Alondra Location in Cypress with three people who had small appetites. We ordered a quick and simple meal, sharing a $5 grab bag with double stacks and also getting a double stack and a chicken sandwich. Everything was hot and tasty! The restaurant was clean, except for a table with chicken crumbs, which we easily wiped off.
They locked up the dining area. Can't even place order. I work in a nearby warehouse and take a bus. Had to eat gas station food instead because I can't even place a to-go order. 2 stars only because I'm sure it's because of covid but giving a bad review because there was no notice anywhere saying this happened.
The cashier was nice and helpful, dedicated to trying to help us with the app (horrible). Our sandwiches were really good. But the wait is consistently way too long.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. They will give you the wrong food and NEVER heard anything back from Wendy's Corporate or the franchisee.
