Absolutely dreadful service! The employee offered no acknowledgment and just stared blankly at me. When I finally asked if I could place my order, there was still nothing but that same blank stare. After being asked twice to repeat my order, I made a third attempt, only to be met again with that expressionless gaze. At that point, I realized that Wendy's wasn't the best option for food and certainly not for service. It must be nice to have a job where you can just be on your phone, play games, or scroll through social media and get paid for it!
This location has diminished in service and quality. Most of the time, you don't get any sauce, even though they ask which sauce. You have to ask for your drink and may or may not get a straw. Order a potato and get no spoon or butter and sour cream. Sandwich is thrown together like garbage. When you say no cheese, they give it to you dry and plain. Nice job doing the worst job you possibly can Wendy's. Oh and when someone calls to speak to the manager about their experience, staff speaks a language I've never even heard and hangs up on you.
French fries were stale when I went threw the drive threw . When I took them back the fry cook was standing over the fry grease talking on her cell phone holding a personal conversation she hadn’t dropped any fries , the young lady working the drive threw was trying to do it and manage the drive threw. It was clear that the manager didn’t care and the the rest of the staff was frustrated with the manager letting the fry cook not do her job.
The place is ok. Just would rather that the person in charge,Inform the person that cleans in the dining room to wait until there are no longer people in the area before they are allowed to sweep and mop.And also, this place echos badParking: There are only four parking spots available in the parking area. Yes it's fast food, but this alvin location has terrible food. Lukewarm dried out burgers with old soggy fries. What a waste of money. We've scratched off Burger King, Dairyland, Sonic,and Wendy's for local fast food. All used to be good but are now the worst. Yuck!!
The fry portions are only filled halfway at best. They never provide ketchup unless you specifically ask for it, and even then, you’ll only receive three packets for a $20 meal. This is based on my experience as a regular customer, visiting at least once a week.
2 people working as cook, drive thru, and inside counter and 2 other employees doing nothing, so skipping breakfast next time.
