Wendy's - Tisch resevieren

Ok, it's Wendy's, it's fast food. It's not Jean-Georges we're dining at here. So you know what the food is all about then. That out of the way, I had a good experience at this particular Wendy's. I went for a quick bite during lunch hour which I expected to be busy and it was. All employees were hustling. I was told my burger would take a little longer because it was being freshly made. I appreciated that and I have no problem waiting. After making the burger the manager went out of his way to be polite and kind and offered me a cookie for my inconvenience (there was no inconvenience). I still appreciated the sentiment and took him up on his offer. All in all a good experience.

I had a fantastic experience with a quick service at this restaurant, as the menu has changed significantly since I was last there. The woman who took my order was very patient and didn't rush me when I asked questions like, "What does this item include?" and "Is this one or two patties, chicken or beef?" I thanked her for her patience, and she responded with a warm, "Absolutely, no problem."

The staff was lovely, and the food was fresh. It’s rare to find fast food chains that still capture the flavor of the '90s in their dishes, without altering their recipes and ingredients like McDonald's or Burger King have done.

The food was great, but she forgot to provide straws for about four of my drinks.
