This place is seriously disgusting. It's 5pm and the staff can't get a simple order right. A $5 biggie bag suppose to come witha drink, fries, sandwich and chicken nuggets that's it. 2 orders with no nuggets. I ordered a big beacon classic combo nobeacon I should have took a picture the way this sandwich look. it's unbelievable how you think because your store is locatedin an area as 149th and 3rd ave you treat everyone the same. I will not be eating here again. All those 5 stars are fake ashell. Either get new management or new staff. You can get better food in the shelter then at this Wendy's.
Food was fine but store and lines were overcrowded and not organized as it should be for Pandemic restrictions. Service was Very slow as it always seems to be at this location. Long wait for orders to be completed compared to any other location. And they gave me a knife for my Frosty cause they said they had no spoons. Store was not clean
Terrible experience. The food was ice cold, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The staff put just a small piece of lettuce on my burger, which is unacceptable. I will never visit the location at 149th Street and 3rd Avenue again.
This is definitely one of the best Wendy's locations in all of Edmonton. The #6 combo was incredibly fresh; the first bite of my spicy chicken was so hot it burned my tongue! The service is fast, and the food is fresh, which is what really matters.

I use their self service to order my meal and when I got it from the counter and got home, is like they didnt even pay attention to what I wanted perfically so yea take this two stars smfh
Pretty decent burgers. The staff appears to put their maximum effort. Also, great customer service. The aroma of cooking in the lobby is thick and that sucks.
I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese croissants with bacon ADDED ON. They literally only gave me ONE slice of bacon on each sandwich. Unacceptable service!
The staff is courteous, but they sometimes move too quickly and forget to include some ordered items. Overall, it’s a nice fast food restaurant.

Food is good the wait sometimes longer than expected because many Uber and doordash orders. Otherwise enjoyable
