I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag, but unfortunately, the bun was rock hard and difficult to eat. The double cheeseburger was quite large and a bit overwhelming, but at least both the bun and the patty were fresh. On a positive note, the chili and fries were tasty and satisfying.
The food I received was cold, and I'm not sure how that happened. It took less than 30 minutes from when I placed my order to when it arrived at my door. I can't help but feel that the restaurant may have sent me leftover food, which raises significant concerns for me.
I was disappointed with the quality of the food. To make things worse, my orders were often wrong or incomplete. I've given this place several chances hoping for a better experience, but I think it's time to look for another option.
