I was in the mood for a fast food meal, and my wife suggested Wendy's mainly because she was craving a Frosty. Although I had been disappointed by this restaurant in the past, I reluctantly agreed to give it another try, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing to find that even my low expectations weren't met. We ordered one Frosty (which we received), two classic chicken sandwiches (which we also got), and two servings of fries—but only one serving was included in the bag. I’m giving a rating of two because I am really frustrated with how the staff handles transactions. The debit machine is thrust in my face without anyone telling me how much I'm being charged. They hand me my drink and food without saying a word, as they rush to take the next drive-through order. What happened to saying "thank you"? I want to ask the manager at this location: Would you pay for something without knowing the total? I'm pretty sure the answer is no.

I understand that masks are supposed to be required, but I noticed three staff members in food preparation areas wearing their masks pulled down to their chins. This is concerning, especially given the current level of virus spread. Additionally, one of the women, who might be the manager, was speaking with someone before coming to the counter and simply pulled her mask down as she got closer. What’s going on?

I've visited this drive-thru twice and ordered a large Frosticino with light ice, but both times I've received it with the usual amount of ice. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but the standard amount of ice fills the cup up to three-quarters full. Given the reviews for this location, I’m not surprised by the service quality. I ordered two JBCs and a salad, and three hours later I was nauseous and vomiting, likely due to food poisoning. Now, ten hours later, I still feel terrible and am contemplating a trip to the hospital. This experience has been absolutely awful. It seems like they’re putting people at risk here. I can't help but wonder if I was the only one who got sick yesterday, July 13, 2022.

I received cold fries, a lukewarm burger, a tiny piece of lettuce, and a tomato slice that was almost rotten. The Baconator came with just two half slices of bacon. It seems like when it’s a to-go order, the quality doesn’t matter. How about training your staff to prepare decent food, or maybe consider closing this Wendy's for good? It would be a favor to all of us.

I went to try the Pretzel Bacon Club Chicken Sandwich, which I saw on the online menu. However, when I arrived and tried to place my order, I was informed that it wasn't available at the store. If it's not part of the local menu, please remove it from the online listing.

The buns were dry, there was barely any mayonnaise, the lettuce was the wrong type, the tomatoes were mushy, and the fries tasted stale, like they had been reheated from the previous day. It was a terrible experience.
