I want to begin by saying that only one young man with dreadlocks was friendly and engaged with us. The manager, who was wearing a durag, was very rude and spoke to her employees in an inappropriate manner, using offensive language. I was visiting from Downtown Los Angeles, and even in my own neighborhood, people greet me kindly, regardless of their feelings about work or my background as a Hispanic. The woman at the front was unfriendly, didn't greet us, and seemed completely disengaged. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism. I will definitely discourage anyone I care about from coming here.
I had to have a spicy chicken sandwich yall, with the red hot quickness... and a big bacon deluxe, and a large fry.. they legit have strawberry soda on tap, I'm not even kidding! Wendy's has always been a favorite, and when Krystal lost there minds and down graded thier fries to useless, Wendy's immediately took number one best fries. Location was very kind and proficient, the hwy 58 location is the only one I didn't love. Thats expected I think when you throw food at a customer after missing the order by a mile on drive-through
Stopped in this morning on the way through from Georgia around 9:30am (not sure ET or CT) but anyway, we had a large order. The lady was patient and extremely professional with our ordering. When our bags were handed out to us, everything was correct, hot and fresh. The visit was timely as we were on a tight schedule. In addition, she packed each bag with at least one napkin and a ketchup. We didn't have to ask for condiments. This was by far my best experience at a Wendy's ever.
From the moment we entered, we were ignored and when we approached the counter, the employees seem to be more interested in their own conversations than to help us. It seems to be an attitude that their work would be great if customers would stop interrupting their private life! The food was good, but definitely not up to Wendy's standards.

The Southwestern salad I had was quite disappointing—it felt mushy compared to the same salad I've ordered at other Wendy's locations. The tomato pieces looked like just the peels, as if they were using scraps in the dish. I really hope that was an oversight and not intentional. I regret eating it, and now I'm worried about getting sick.

Ordered the 2 for 5 chicken sandwiches nuggets and strawberry lemonade.started off with a very friendly transaction over the speaker,only to be a smooth and quick transaction at the window.the food was fresh and delicious.thank you brandon for the excellent customer service
Apparently all of these bad reviews have changed nothing at this Wendy's on Broad St. Ordered 2 bacon and egg sandwiches after waiting 10 min in line at the drive thru. Both sandwich's were very dry and cold. Brought them home and feed them to my dogs.

Big burgers pay only more attention to the customers cuz I ordered extra mayo and I have only received mail and mustard and ketchup on one side of the burgers, other than these big burgers
Very nice employees. Even though only the drive thru is open, they did everything to get us taken care of and our order was fresh and correct. All in all a pleasant experience.
