We tried the snails in scallion black bean sauce, bean curd with mixed mushrooms, plum sauce spare ribs, and jumbo shrimp with honey walnuts in a mayonnaise salad dressing. Everything was delicious, and I truly enjoyed the meal.
The service was excellent; the staff was attentive to our needs. Fresh hot Oolong tea was served, and they offered us rice, which we happily accepted. In Chinese culture, we like to share our food and eat it with rice.

First time ordering from this local place. We don't have anything bad to say about the food, it was quite good. The pricing, however, makes zero sense. I ordered 2 soups, 1 veg Lo Mein a Singapore Mei Fun, and 2 spring rolls. The bill came to over $57. The worst part is I ordered from their online menue and none of the pricing matched my bill. When I called to inquire, I was told the menu pricing is old. The one soup is priced $8.50 online but was told it's actually $15. Pretty wild.
We come here often and just visited on July 4th for dim sum. As expected, the food was excellent and the service was good. It's usually always crowded for dim sum, so if you plan on coming for it, come super early (11 am). They also have good a la carte choices (dinner entrees and appetizers) that will fill you up if you're a bit hungry for lunch. If you're ever in the area, give this place a try!
I had an incredible dining experience with delicious food, quick service, and a friendly team. On weekends, the restaurant transforms into Dimm Sum Sky, which is a delightful bonus. They serve hot tea that pairs wonderfully with the meal. The fried flounder is especially tasty. Overall, it’s the perfect spot for me and my wife to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine regularly.

This place is one of my favorite places to go after my vocal lessons! Really nice, helpfull staff and the food is really good. It's really hard to find authentic Chinese food in America. Recommendations: snails, string beans, pecking duck, spring rolls, hometown fried fish, fried frog legs. Really nice interior and super clean

Outstanding food with genuine flavors! I've been a regular at this restaurant for many years, and it never lets me down. My last takeout order included snails in black bean sauce, pan-fried butterfish, and Young Chow fried rice. Everything was fantastic!
Hidden in a small plaza in quiet south Jersey, I was surprised the dim sum was pretty good. There isn’t many authentic Cantonese dim sum place in Jersey and this is one of the best.

Fresh Hokkaido Crab with Yi mein, recommended by Danny the waiter. Wife liked the crab but I preferred the yi-mein better with the crab sauce. It was too much work for me.
