The pub is beautifully decorated with a really warm feel to it. Its a shame that the bar staff are so incredibly rude and aloof. I 've been in here upwards of 80+ times and I 've always thought 'fair enough ', it 's not their job to smile. However, it is. It 's the job of the staff to create an atmosphere that makes you want to return and that makes you feel welcomed in a 'public house '. I am routinely ignored, tutted at, side eyed and sighed. Rarely am i even offered a 'hello ' when i enter this pub to spend £5 on a standard pint. The staff never look like they can be bothered and even worse look irked when you go for a drink..
