Love the pizza here, however we are puzzled. We wanted the pizza and Caesar salad and when we used the online order system mentioned that we would be happy to pay an upgrade fee to an all dressed pizza instead of a 3 topping. The operator called us back and said that they can’t do that. Why? Is there a force field around the pizza that only allows 3 toppings? Reminds me of Henry Ford back in the day of the Model T “you can have it any colour you want, as long as its black”. Customer service is about giving your customer what they want, especially if they are willing to pay for a difference for an upgrade.
We have been going to Western Pizza on 9th Ave N for a long time now and it never disappoints. Everything is hot, fresh, not precooked and warmed up. Daily specials and old favorites from a simple grilled ham and cheese, to a hot hamburger with fries and home made gravy with fresh cooked veggies or awesome pizza with Caesars salad the home made soup is just like moms and a bowl full of it can be a meal in itself. Always busy, friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a go to place at least 2 or 3 times a month.
We always have lasagna there as is great but last night we ordered a lasagna on March 6 it was not good only at just a bit leaving the rest. Not impressed tasted something like chicken was added it was just not a lasagna. Luckily we got garlic bread to eat. We went there to celebrate our birthday great birthday dinner? Service was great food sucked wouldn’t eat that again and will tell my friends
If you like really good food at a reasonable price and good friendly service, this is the place to go. Genie and her staff treat you like family and you never get a bad meal here. Portions are always generous and the quality never varies always great. There are other Western Pizzas in Regina but this location is head and shoulders above the rest.
Food was excellent and just as ordered. Piping hot pork souvlaki and cold crispy Greek salad with feta cheese. We both enjoyed it immensely. Best Western Pizza in Regina. Love this place.
Location Cornwall Street, Regina,sask. Bad service, ask for condiments like syrup look dumb founded, coffee refill takes over 20 mins not busy. Not recommended.
This particular location of Western Pizza never disappoints. The food is always good. Best pizza in the city, hands down! Also love the lasagna and greek salad.
I have had more than one office party here over the years. Good food and friendly staff. I've also done the takeout pizza special. Not too bad at all :
We have yet to have a bad meal, Staff is amazing and polite..Love that place..and their specials. Good parking, always clean and fast..
