Prices have increased by over 25% in one go at this restaurant. However, they are currently offering a 20% discount until the end of the month and a free bottle of coke. Upon picking up my order, I did not receive the discount until I asked for it and there was no coke in the bag. When I ordered again tonight and inquired about the price, I was told it was 19.90. I had to remind the staff about the 20% discount and the missing coke from my previous order. Unfortunately, I must agree with the recent negative reviews as I have also had multiple disappointing experiences at this restaurant in the past few months. It seems that there has been a change in management or something similar, as they are no longer able to provide the high quality food and service they were known for. It appears that someone is now trying to increase profits, but it is not proving successful. Smaller portions, higher prices, missing items from orders, longer wait times than quoted, and unhelpful responses when I have complained have all been major issues. We have ordered from so many Indian restaurants in the area. I’ve eaten curry all over London. Used to live in Tooting and travelled the world eating curry. This place for the area is pretty fresh. We ordered again at the weekend and the food too 90 minutes to arrive. When it did NO apology. We called when it was 15mins late and they said it would be there in 15mins. 30mins later still not arrived. No apology from restaurant. Shame. Come on guys.
Placed an order for delivery. Was quoted an hour for delivery but an hour later nothing had arrived so I called and was told it was on its way. Another half hour later still no delivery so called back to be told the same….it’s on its way. After forty five minutes of waiting I called and cancelled the order as it would probably be cold if it’s been in a car for forty five minutes! We ordered 15 Naan bread for deleivery and when deleivered 8 of them were burnt(photos attached). When we complaint the guy said We cook Naan in our oven and that 's why It 's burnt I think the chef has no idea about how to make Naan. After making a complaint they deleivered another 8 Naan and again not done properly. Not gonna waste my time again with them.
It really hurts me to say this we have been using Westmead Halal for over 10 years and the service of late has not been good !! To top it off they are currently giving a 20% discount for deliveries but their portion size is a third !! How does that work !! Cost of living crisis we are all in it ! Any suggestions where to use next ?
I received the wrong food with black plastic pieces in my meal. I called to complain, but they showed no concern. I had been a loyal customer for years, but after multiple bad food experiences, I have lost faith in this place. They are losing more customers by putting plastic in their food.

I only order from this place now as it is miles better than the others in Sutton. Delicious fresh food, courteous staff and fast delivery. I can't fault Westmead Halal.
