This store has absolutely zero business ethic. I placed an order for surprise bag on too good to go and it's scheduled for pickup on the next day at 10:30pm. I left early the next day at 10:00 pm when it's 12 Celsius outside hoping to be on time as soon as it's ready for pickup. However the store canceled the order literally 3 minutes before the scheduled pickup time since there was no surplus. Of course I had no access to the notification about cancellation on my phone while driving and only to find out later the my time (and gas) had been wasted. They told me that the app releases a surprise bag for the next day automatically everyday but they can only know if there's surplus 1 hour before...
I have a soft spot for cute branding, so I was disappointed when I walked into the restaurant. The space was cluttered with boxes, dark, and cramped, making it very uncomfortable. I was initially leaning towards giving it a 3.5 rating. However, the drinks were delicious. They reminded me of the old-school boba drink shops I used to frequent 10 years ago. This made me hopeful that more places would start offering similar drinks again. Therefore, I am bumping my rating up to a 4.
I come here quite often and the quality of the blends are real good. This time there was a guy with pink hair, and he insisted he would just “try” to make a blend I’ve had in the location several times. I bought a large blend and this is how full he gave me. I just paid and left because I’m not in the mood for arguing. But this put me off the place and I will not be returning. It’s a shame, all the other people were lovely, one bad employee can ruin the experience for good.
I really enjoy this restaurant and their drinks are usually great. However, I am really bothered by how dirty the establishment is. There are boxes of fruits and cleaning supplies scattered throughout the store, covered in dust. Even their Christmas tree is still up in July, covered in an inch of dust. I doubt they will pass their next health inspection. They should spend a day cleaning and then reopen.

Got their seasonal mango pomelo drink tonight.Have been wanting to try their drinks ever since passing by their downtown location couple times, but didn’t get anything because they close early than advertised operating time.In short, today’s drink meets my expectation in term of quality and flavours? there was a plastic at the end of my last sip, and checked that was not from the lid.
i would rate this 11 stars if i could. the workers were so kind and made the drinks fast, but the best part was the guy making the drink. he was undeniably the hottest guy ive seen in my life. so hey, guy with the beanie who made my drink in december 2021, please hmu so i can know who u are. highly recommend this place.
Terrible Customer service, been coming here for 6 months plus. ALWAYS new employees who don’t know how to make it properly and ALWAYS out of certain fruits. Collected EVERY loyalty points they offer (spent $500+ and today couldn’t get a smoothie because my $20 bill had a small rip. I will NEVER go back.
This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. The drinks are made with fresh fruit, as shown by the huge amount of fruit they have on hand. They are also very fast at preparing their drinks and the service is excellent. I find myself craving a drink from here at least once a week.
