Whataburger - Tisch resevieren

The food is generally decent, nothing special but acceptable. However, the service is quite poor. I don’t expect much from fast food, but it took ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the drive-thru, and there was no one ahead of us or in the dining area. There were five staff members on duty, so they weren’t even short-handed. When we finally received our order and pulled up to the front, one of the workers was on FaceTime instead of attending to customers.

Absolutely the worst location in Texas! This place definitely needs new management. Having just one employee alongside a manager is simply not enough for Whataburger, no matter what time it is. I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order, and there was no one else in line or in the restaurant.

we have ordered from here many times and the orders are usually correct and the food tastes fresh. The last order wasn't correct and the burger patties were dry like they had been cooked for some time. No one answers when you call to complain. I will be taking this to a higher power.

Dining area was clean and neat, the service was very good, Ava was very friendly. The burgers and shake were great, but the fries were not as good as usual. Overall it was a bigger better burger, Whataburger. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The gravy for my chicken strips was thin, and the fries were a bit cold and seemed like they had been sitting around for a while.

Got breakfast at 1130pm In the drive thru. Service was great and my honey butter chicken biscuit was so fresh
