Took forever to get our food, and we ordered it 10m ahead on the app.Then the burger was very salty, fries were old tasting and the ice machine was broken. When the server would finally get off her phone to help customers, she just talked about how she is the only one running drive-thru.Burger was missing a slice of cheese, which I noticed after I was about done, but it would have taken another 30m to put cheese on it probably. Even the shakes we got were not thick and just not good.We love whataburger, but this location was a disappointment.
The food is usually okay, not great but passable. The service here is horrible. I don't expect much, it's just fast food. It took ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the drive through and there was no one in front of us or in the dining area. There were five staff members working so they weren't even short staffed. When we finally got our order and pulled up to the front the worker was face timing somebody instead of working.
Improve your service! The last four times I've ordered online, my meal hasn't even begun to be prepared until I arrive at the restaurant. I chose to order ahead specifically to allow enough time for my order to be ready when I get there. And don't get me started on the accuracy of the orders. If the staff would put down their phones and focus on their work, it would make a world of difference.
we have ordered from here many times and the orders are usually correct and the food tastes fresh. The last order wasn't correct and the burger patties were dry like they had been cooked for some time. No one answers when you call to complain. I will be taking this to a higher power. Worst location in Texas! New management needed by far. One employee along side a manager is not sufficient for Whataburger at any time of day. 20 minutes waiting for someone to take an order and nobody is in line or in the restaurant ?
The restaurant should ensure that all employees receive adequate breaks, as it is against the law to deny breaks for shifts lasting 5 to 7 hours. It's important to prioritize the well-being of your workers.
