If you are an Uber Eats Driver or Doordash don’t bother stopping by this location. They make you jump through hoops and require a “verification card” to pick up a simple order, he said the order was not even in their system yet and it should pop up “soon”. He would not give me a straight answer if I was even able to get the order to deliver after showing him the order details on my phone and verified the location. I have never heard of any card or ID we as food delivery drivers are supposed to have? Unprofessional and not worth the trouble.
Coming from Prescott, I noticed there's no longer a Whataburger there, so I try to stop by whenever I'm in the valley, especially at my favorite location nearby. The food is great, but what really stands out is the excellent customer service. Dominic and Anna were both prompt and friendly. It was nice to watch how they interacted with each customer, making everyone feel welcome. I'll definitely be returning!
When do many restaurants and stores are moving to self serve. This Whataburger goes above. Way above!! Dominica and the other staff members were very friendly and warm. It seem as though everyone had been cross trained and stepped up to do whatever need to be done. Other big and small restaurants need to take a lesson on service from this staff!! that's my way to whataburger. I had mostly great experiences here in recent years. this time was one of them. the hired treats them like family. they always take care of you. eating always comes hot and fresh. the restaurant is beautiful and clean. Great burgers as usual and I loved the banana pudding shake (maybe should have gotten a small to go with the triple meat burger though). I brought someone with me that hadn't ever eaten there before and it's safe to say that they'll definitely be back for more in the future as well. Employees were friendly, service was fast and everything we ordered was correct the first time.

I came here for lunch. It's not like I needed a whole lot of arm-twisting! For the free burger, I needed to buy medium fries and a medium drink. In addition to the standard toppings (tomato, pickles, lettuce, onions, and mustard) for my Whataburger, I also added a slice of cheese for 55 cents. After paying for my food, I was given a number. Only fast food place in town that has cream gravy for a dipping sauce. Our chicken strips and fries are delicious in it. All of our food was prepared quickly after ordering and all of it very tasty. Chicken is all white meat and staff was courteous. A five out of five for me!

You can't go wrong with Whataburger. The service model is effective, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is always prepared well, and I've never had an issue. I genuinely enjoy visiting this place—it's outstanding! Food rating: 5/5.
