Howdy there, folks! I just had me a delicious meal at this here burger joint, and I reckon it 's worth sharin ' why it left me mighty pleased. Now, let me tell y 'all 'bout them onion rings and fries. They were somethin ' special, I 'll tell you that. The onion rings were crispy and golden, with just the right amount of seasoning to make 'em sing. And them fries? They were like a taste of potato heaven, perfectly golden and salty. It was a match made in burger heaven. But the star of the show, of course, was them burgers. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It was like takin ' a big ol ' bite out of burger paradise. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered three number ones and a white chocolate raspberry shake and they asked me to pull up to the front. Which that isn?t a problem, we took a sip out of the shake and tasted like a vanilla shake. The lady came outand was about to give us the wrong order and she went back in. Then came back out to ask what we ordered, i told her the shaketasted like a vanilla shake and she was kind enough to make a new one for us(no charge).I had to tell her the order again, sheleft. Ten minutes after, they finally bring us our food. We get home, start eating and noticed that some of our fries were NOTcooked all the way. It was RAW!!!!! I will not be returning back to...
If I could give this negative or zero stars I would!! To start this off I had to wait 40 minutes!! Just for ONE SINGLE #1 meal. JUST ONE. And I had to wait about 40 minutes for it!? That is absurd! They didn?t even offer anything to make up for the wait ,just an apology. They said they had a mix up but made us wait 40 minutes before telling us that.Honestly I am extremely upsetabout this! I expected more than a single apology for this 40 minute wait for one meal.I understand its busy but for one mealjust to wait more than half an hour is not acceptable!!
The night crew at this location does not care about quality of food for the customers. My chicken sandwich was over cooked and onion rings drenched in grease. Whoever the manager is needs to make sure the employees want to work there and cares about thefood they are cooking for customers. Disappointed again?.. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Hey it's Whataburger...10/2023 update Claritza H. And girl that gave me the food NO THANKS ever mentioned. Like it's a paycheck only, give me your money and take your food and go....at least my order was correct.
Courteous staff! I ordered coffee and a woman came up to me a bit afterwards to ask if my coffee was hot enough, she offered to make a fresh batch of it wasn’t!
Service was fast and food hot. The girl on the speaker was nice and was clear to understand and literally understood the first time around!
