I rarely go on about how excellent a dining experience can be, but this Whataburger truly has it all. The customer service is consistently friendly and accommodating. My meal was fantastic, and the fries are among the best I've ever tasted. My burger was served hot, and the vegetables and bun were fresh. I have no complaints at all! Everyone should stop by and give it a try!
The drive-thru orders are consistently incorrect. Today, I received one of the number 1 meals, but it didn't come with fries. The last time I went, the item I brought back wasn't even a number 1 like I had ordered; it was some sort of dish with bacon and mayonnaise. It seems like they're not putting in any effort. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this place.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to the poor service I received. The staff member who served me was not only unhelpful but also brought me the wrong order. When I requested a correction, she was unwilling to accommodate me and had a negative attitude. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The service is clean and quick, especially when the older staff members are working. However, during my visit today, I noticed some horseplay and food throwing while I was waiting for my order in the drive-thru.
