Consistently the worst Whataburger I 've been to. They ALWAYS disappoint. I ordered a shake and food on the app curbside, waited 30 minutes and when they started delivering to people who arrived after me I asked them where my food was at. She replied oh your order had the shake? We ran out. UMMM when were you going to tell me? Let me wait out there forever? A guy on curbside beside me also had to get down to get his food. And thats because this place seemed overstaffed. My food was cold and apparently this also happened to my dad earlier in the month. All in all, took an hour to get my meal for fast food . I've had disappointing experiences with the curbside service at this restaurant. In the past week alone, I had to wait over 25 minutes for my orders on two different occasions. When I finally received my food, it was cold and soggy, and the staff appeared to be annoyed when I asked for a replacement. The management at this location seems lacking, and the staff doesn’t seem to contribute to resolving these issues.
They always mess up the order! Apparently this location(actually most locations) can’t admit they don’t have sweet tea or they just won’t tell you it’s out. If you ask for sweet tea they give regular tea, it is a miracle when they actually give you sweet tea. It’s annoying because it’s consistent I might as well get my tea from the H-E-B across the street.
It's usually a good experience, the breakfast burger was a great item, service is great most of the time, but on one occasion there is a worker who isn't quite as friendly as the others which would be my only quarrel

My 54 dollar order of burgers, fries and onion rings were cold, also messed up my order with the wrong burger. I went back to get the correct one. What a waste of time and money. Will not go there again.. Garbage.
The food here is outstanding! The only drawback is that the French fries are frequently served cold. However, when the district manager or the restaurant manager is on-site, everything arrives piping hot.
The food didn't quite meet my expectations, and it appears that they should focus more on their well drinks, as they are often flat. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 2 out of 5.
I had a fantastic dining experience! The staff was incredibly helpful in showing me how to use the Water Castle app and even gave me $10 worth of free food.

Great food ? just the French fries ? are always cold but if the DM or the manager is their then all the food is nice and hot ?
