I went before work. Pulled into the the drive thru at 5:40 I was in line for twenty minutes. I was in the line so long that I called them to see what was taking them so long. When I was talking to them on the phone I heard one of the ladies in the background saying “ they’re next they can wait” I paid for my order at 6:02. I asked to speak to the manager. The lady at the window was a manager that had just arrived for work. I was told that it was still fresh. I was told the car ahead of me had an order for 40 tacos. I took my order and left. I love whataburger more than any sane woman should, I have found myself at 3am drinking the gravy out of the little cups they give it to you in, and when I go and I order extra gravy they never forget so I never have extra unnecessary human interaction and the best part is they never judge me outwardly for my eating habits, how often I eat there, or that I get the exact same thing every single time 13, large fry, 3 gravy, maybe 4 if I'm feeling it, sweet tea). Get whataburger, you won't regret it. The workers are pretty cool too, down for a laugh and as happy as anyone working in fast food can reasonably be. Jadon deserves a raise ?
I used to love this restaurant, but I've noticed a drop in food quality in recent months. There was a short period where things improved, but now the food seems to be going downhill again. The pickles are now soggy and stringy, with holes in them, and the fries are similarly limp, as if they’ve been left out all day. It's hard to tell if the decline is due to poorer quality ingredients or changes in food preparation practices. If you want something fresh, you might have to stop by at unusual hours like 1 AM. The staff is friendly, but I really wish the food was as good as it used to be.
I used to come here twice a week cause the food is great I used to order large fries and medium drink with my meal. But after many times not getting my large fries. I had to stop ordering them and stop coming 2 times a week.I ask for picante sauces on the side no ketchup cause I don't like the ketchup flavor half the time I don't get the picante sauces.The receipt says what I order and it takes the money out for the fries.What is that called stealing or just lazy uneducated can't read I'm sure that's part of their simple job.Who ever bags my food is the problem no one else

Usually good but last time I got a burger at this location it was cold and the bun was soggy, probably from not draining the lettuce. Couldn’t even finish it, and the fries were cold and stale to top it off. Seemed odd considering it was very busy which normally means the food should be freshly cooked. Whataburger just isn’t what it used to be when I used to work there 10 years ago everything was cooked after it was ordered. Honestly would prefer to wait longer for hot food.
I refuse to wait 30 minutes in a drive-thru line for food, so I've been opting for takeout instead. Unfortunately, I still find myself waiting 10 to 15 minutes each time. The young man who brought out my food was incredibly prompt, which I appreciated. However, you all need to improve your speed. Wasabi Burger is supposed to be fast food!
Every time I visit every six months, I hold out hope that Whataburger has improved, but sadly, that hasn't happened. Like everything else in this town, it's overpriced and only average in quality.
This restaurant consistently gets orders right and maintains a high level of cleanliness. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. Kudos to the management!

I love this Whataburger!!! The whole place is always wiped down clean including the restrooms. The staff there is also fast and with smiling faces.
