The food was good and fresh, but the service left much to be desired. It seemed like only the manager was knowledgeable, as the rest of the staff struggled to answer questions. I also had to ask the person at the register for different cups because they had touched the inside of the ones they initially gave me, which was off-putting. However, she did exchange them without issue. Overall, the food was enjoyable, so I would recommend it—just be cautious about the cups. Vegetarian options are limited to salads without meat, and the service is take-out only.
I recently visited the restaurant and found the chili cheese burger to be quite good. However, the Whataburger Jr. I ordered was disappointing. Initially, the burger came with just the patty—not fully assembled—and I had asked for grilled onions, which were missing. They took it back and brought me a new one, but unfortunately, it was excessively salty and inedible. I mentioned this to the manager on duty, who sincerely wanted to make amends. I assured him that it was fine, but I just wanted to bring the issue to his attention.
Update! This place has really declined! During our last visit, the burgers and fries were not up to par. We won’t be returning! The new owners have ruined it. The food is still good, but I find myself needing to wear a jacket just to eat inside. I would consider using the drive-thru and taking it home, but by the time we arrive home, the food is cold. Customers shouldn’t have to wear a coat to enjoy a meal out! It's still necessary to wear a jacket!

I have eaten at my fair share of Whataburger?s and I just don?t understand the hype. The burger was larger than most, but tastes average at best. I?m also not a fan of the spicy ketchup. This restaurant in particular took far too long to cook our meals,considering it was fast food. Sorry guys? it?s just meh in my opinion.
This was the nicest Whataburger I have ever been in! It was decorated with an old movie star theme and the music was really good. The food came out hot and the order was spot on. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Great stop for food! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
This Whataburger is always well staffed and the dining and restrooms are clean and well kept. The staff is welcoming and our orders are always accurate and fast to be completed. This is our go to spot after games and other events.
