They are NOT open until 9. They apparently close at 7 but 7pm to them actually means 6:30 ish because they have already shut everything down and are finishing cleaning by 6:45, but they do allow you to come in, watch you look at their digital menu, still watching while you pick a card, and begin making your order AND THEN stop and let you know they are closing at 7, even though it is still NOT actually 7pm. They obviously can’t be bothered to change the listing time of a 9pm close or answer their phone so you can make sure. I recently ordered takeout for lunch, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was far from satisfying, earning only a 1 out of 5. It lacked flavor and freshness, leaving much to be desired. The service was equally unimpressive, also receiving a rating of 1. There seemed to be a lack of attention or care in handling orders. As for the atmosphere, I give it a slight edge with a rating of 2. While I didn't dine in, the overall vibe still felt uninviting. Based on this experience, I can't recommended this place.
You get what you pay for. The Wicked sandwich on Wednesdays for $6 is a decent deal, although you might have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-thru for your order. Unfortunately, they’ve cut back on the ingredients, making it feel more like an oversized White Castle burger. This has been a disappointing experience and feels like a waste of time and money. If you choose to go here, you might leave feeling unsatisfied both with your meal and your finances.

There were some issues with my order yesterday but I believe it was due to a local internet outage. I called when I realized the order wasn't right and they offered to remake the food and refund me because they couldn't find my original order at first and I had to wait. I told them a refund wasn't necessary and I only wanted to the food to be remade but they insisted I accepted a refund as well. Great customer service.

I had my first visit to the restaurant, and I was very impressed! The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. I had lunch there, and the prices were reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I would give the food a perfect score of 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 too. I highly recommend trying the Meatball Grinder and the Fries!
The sandwich is quite good, but I must say that if you're in a hurry, this isn't the ideal place for a quick bite. However, everything is very fresh, and my son always enjoys the experience of customizing his sandwich. The staff is also very friendly.

Food is normally pretty on par for a quick sandwich. Milkshakes are a good idea if you're into that.
