I recently had one of the best meals I've experienced in a long time at this restaurant. Last night, we dined at Knife and Spoon in the Ritz, which is in the same hotel, and it didn’t even compare. The restaurant offers unique and creative twists on classic American cuisine, filled with bright and vibrant flavors. I highly recommend this place. When our skirt steak was served a bit late, it was because the chef was not satisfied with its doneness, so the sous chef cooked it again until it was perfect. Now that's dedication! Terrible. There's really no other way to say it. The host at the entrance was wonderful and very accommodating, but after waiting 45 minutes, my initial excitement quickly faded with the first bite. My skirt steak was overcooked, and my son's chicken sliders were inedible. The beef sliders were okay, but they certainly didn't justify the price. My wife barely touched her smoked chicken; while it was juicy, it just didn't have any flavor. Overall, it wasn't worth the wait and was definitely overpriced.

As someone who enjoys a substantial meal, I also indulged in the prime rib, though I forgot to snap a photo. It was simply the rib on its own, and I can't remember if there were any sides. Overall, everything was delicious. That said, the pizza truly stole the show. I could have eaten it all day long—it's definitely the highlight of the meal. Normally, I don't drink and I'm not really into chocolate, but I have to say, that was the best drink I've ever tasted!
We had the pleasure of being served by Jessica last night at The Lobby Lounge and again tonight at The Kitchen, where Sharon was our bartender. Both of them made our experience truly wonderful. We enjoyed The Kitchen so much that we decided to visit twice today because the food was amazing. The meat and cheese platter (charcuterie board) was the best we’ve ever tasted.
Seth delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive to my children and showcased a remarkable understanding of the menu and drinks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I ordered the harvest salad with steak, birria tacos, and sweet potato rolls as appetizers. For the kids, we got macaroni and cheese and chicken tenders. Everything was simply delicious!

Everything was delicious! Sliders are huge, definitely shareable. Mac n cheese is ridiculously creamy and flavorful. Smores bar is a perfect ending!
