Worse White Castles ever. So Dirty inside. Dead flys setting in window seals. Floors look like they had not been sweeped or mopped. Workers were not friendly. We will never be back. Tables and chairs with food on them. I have pictures to proof it. Was given a 98 how I would never know. Floors were they cook the food were nasty. Would have left if I had seen all of the garbage on floor dirty floors tables Matt's on the floor look like had been there forever. So gross the whole place.
The service in the drive thru was terrible. My first experience at White Castle and my last!! I attempted to order special combos, no shakes, etc. Very limited due to only two employees working. I was also told the order would take 15 minutes to make. After I received my order and was preparing to eat I realized they gave me the wrong order.Special note : Found a "long hair "in the burger slider!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE MADE AWARE.
people who work here are rude, the administration can 't personal directly, instead of taking my order or asking me what I need politely I get that we only work two people now, and there are 80 burgers before them and there will be a waiting time. I said I have a door bag. Doordash orderings usually occur by 20 minutes and they did not manage to start the ordering and said I think they can be in the line, but it will be a waiting time.
If you lucky they might be open. They can't get a simple order correct, ordered 5 cheeseburgers without pickle, and had to pull up to the wait area, took them 8-minutes and two other cars later in drive threw to get my in correct order with pickles. came this morning at least 15-20 minutes waiting for 4 chicken sandwiches a big frit. the order was completely wrong. they gave us 5 chicken sandwiches instead of 4 of course. the fryed smeared as if the fat had never been changed. the taste smell was so terrible. we had to get the riders back because it was completely unacceptable.
came through the drive thru at 10:50 clock and saw 2 workers on break eating and smoking. once I sat on the editor without answer for 3 minutes, I screamed about and asked if they were open and they said they were closed after they had watched us, how we dress up and sit on the editor.
Unbelievably slow, but open. Most allplaces were closed. I watched a galfill condiments while forgetting me.It took 10 minutes waiting at themicrophone to take the order. Avery slow fast food restaurant. Carsbehind me were honking. They didn'thave any sense of urgency.

It was great! Forgot my fries, so I went to ask and i got my fries onion rings. But the fries were old and cold. Hopefully next time they will be as good as the cheese burgers. Thank you!
