Love it here man. We didn’t have White Castle on the west coast but I grew up east coast. I come here every once in a while. My dog always gets chicken nuggets after a bath and I don’t like feeding him McDonald’s. So I went here. First time at this location. Whoever was helping me at the menu station and at the drive thru window was dope. His name was either Klein or Keith. Started with a K. He had dyed hair. That guy is AWESOME. Went through the drive thru which had 2 cars ahead of me it only took me 15 minutes to get the food yes was super hot tasty and quick and keep in mind it was rush hour. Thanks white castle lovely meal I had.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are on the menu but 2 sliders a drink and fries can doParking: It's plenty of parking but if it ever was packed you can park at the store in the rear and walk to get your food . ?Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheel chair parking and very clear and clean path to a working door
I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pick-up time. Unfortunately, I had to wait 18 minutes at the restaurant before receiving my food. The whole point of ordering online is for the order to be ready. The food itself was your typical White Castle fare, no complaints there. However, the lack of organization in preparing online orders was disappointing. They could definitely improve by taking notes from Chick-fil-A's efficiency.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at White Castle for the past three days. The wait in line was incredibly long and the fast food they served was far from satisfactory. The constant mix-ups with orders and the long wait times make it not worth the visit. I would rather drive for half an hour to another location than waste my time at this establishment. White Castle should consider closing this particular location down.

This location washes away any previous thoughts of what White Castle is typically seen as. This location is absolutely spotless, clean, well designed and has the friendliest staff. Food arrives quickly, piping hot and fresh. The staff here is excellent and deserves much praise.
I should’ve went to outback next door the burgers were fine but the fries tasted like they were sitting on a pound of salt and the soda syrup must’ve been out because my sprite tasted like
Average at best..only occasionally..my Diet Coke was extremely diluted..disappointing that it tasted mostly like seltzer water? Could it be that it wasn't real Coke or Pepsi?
My go to when I need a quick meal since I'm usually close. Fast service but not TOO fast.. The onion rings and zesty sauce give me heartburn though.. lol..

Classic americana. Very tasty, what can I say about white castle that hasn't been said before. Just a treat.
Haven't had a fresh white castle in years. Brought back memories, wish we had them in Virginia.
