we stopped eating a bite after we shop and had to wait until the second window to wait for our food. one of the employees brought our food and I said we still need our drinks. I didn't know at that time, but the staff was hard to hear, but a worker came up and asked if we needed something else. I told him I mentioned the previous guy we waited for our drinks. he said that the employee was deaf and he made us help. he gave us our drinks and I just wanted to thank you. I love that this place is included with its recruitment practices and that the staff there was very pleasant and friendly to treat. this can challenge today. so kudos to the kenosha WC staff. you're doing great!
I wouldn't even rate this one whole star, at least 1/4. this restaurant is so unprofessional, the doors are locked, no one can board, they before any phone call, they missed the half of my order. I had to literally wait back to the hard drive for 30 minutes, because they did not answer the phones. When I went into the window, the lady knew her nose with my serviettes and put them in my pocket, then she continued to throw the bag on me after I complained. you try to make this a welcoming and good restaurant, is very bad and so is your service. overall I spent an hour waiting for my cold food, they do not recommend this place. never returned to a white castle.
States open for dine-in online but is rarely open for dine-in since Covid. Excuses need to turn into solutions. It 's been over 2 years. Many come from a distance and want to be able to eat inside. Most recent visit, they again were closed for dine-in. Had to use drive thru. Not once did any employee say thank you. And the fries were soggy.
As white castle enthusiasts know, there is nothing better than an escapade to the establishment which is white castle. To my dad and I, white castle is a way of life. The closest white castle is an hour away and often is worth the trip. We even went down to Ohio to see one of their main distribution centers. White castle is it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My husband and I went through the drive thur before heading out fishing. It has been years since I have eaten at White Castles. I use to love the chicken rings ,but they are not good anymore. They taste like the flour was raw and our fries could have cooked a little longer as well. White Castles is a thumbs down ? for me.
We have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but today our burgers were cold and the fries were barely warm and lacked salt. The onion rings I ordered were actually pommes, which were the worst I have ever had. I probably won't be back.
Not sure about they hype of White Castle. The burgers are good, fries are OK, and the chicken rings not so good. Overall no better than other fast food restaurants. To be fair this particular restaurant did provide me good service.
The dining room was closed (and might be permanently) but no worries at all. The drive thru was fast and the order was correct. If you love White Castle… this is obviously your spot right off the interstate. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They are usually under staffed but always worth the wait. We drive about 25-30mins to enjoy the food once every few months. Always hot, fresh, and delicious!!!
