If I could give no stars I would.. came up here on a trip, never had white castle, but my god I don't think I ever will again. Service; slow, food; cold, soggy, made without any meat (on 6 sandwiches), and also caused nausea due to what I assume is undercooked product. This white castle is a place I would say avoid at all costs even if it's right next to you. The bread on the sandwich was like it got dunked in a bucket of water and put in a microwave for 10 seconds.. and if that's what you consider toasted I'd shut my store down my god.. never go to this place, guaranteed disappointment. And whoever the owner that replies is, don't reply to this with the same old message that you've had save...
I arrived around 10:45 pm when the atmosphere started to shift towards late night dining. There was a line of about five cars in front of me for the drive-thru. Once I was able to place my order, the employee was friendly and had a pleasant demeanor despite the busy crowd. It took a bit of time to get through the line and receive our food, but we were very happy with our late-night meal of 20 sliders. We appreciate the White Castle staff for taking care of us.
Totally messed up my order!! And didn't even bother to apologize.However, the young lady that is taking orders at the drive thru was so polite. The gentleman giving orders WELL I'll just say RUDE AS EVER...My entire order was wrong.Spent over 25 dollars for my family to receive all the wrong food might I add the food I received was old. Very disappointed. This location is usually on top of their game.
I placed an order in the evening. We had an order that included onion chips and once I got home there were no onion chips. I tried calling the establishment and left a message. No one called back. I get that it maybe busy however, it would have been nice if I received a call back. It is apart of good customer service. They received my money and I did not get the service.

My son works here but personally I can't stand white castle burgers! I do like the 1921 burger though which tastes more like a burger you make at home and absolutely nothing like the one they sell now. I love the desserts on a stick especially the buttercream cake OMG so good! The onion chips are also pretty good. That's about all I can say for White Castle.
I order online every time, wait a little longer to leave each time. they still don't make my lunch until I get there. this time I ordered while I was in farmington hills and had to wait for fifteen minutes to eat. if the online order meant everything, it would probably be 5 stars. great personal good eating, but fix the process.
Man, when you're driving around 2am on a Thursday, and absolutely everything is closed. You can be sure to get some good food here. The only downside is that line. Usually wrapped around the building and out to the road.
The burgers at this restaurant are so terrible! The wait time for the White Burg Line is 1 hour but definitely worth it! Happiness is not found in Florida.

only cash. many employees who were kind. the service was even slower than expected. but I couldn't say if they have device problems or just slow.
Pretty good for never having it before. I was really wanting a fish sandwich and it was very tasty. Good food,good price and great service
