I really want to give an amazing review; but don’t want people flocking to it! I need my table(s for 15!!!! On face value, it sounds like the worst cope out of a Valentines Day ever. But this is my 7th year doing this and it’s a night filled with great laughs with a dozen plus friends. It’s a great night. We all brought our favorite beverages and real glasses. Unfortunately, the personal was not prepared at all to do table service. we had 6:00 o'clock reservations and were there on time. we sat immediately as there were very few people. the server took our orders at 18:20 o'clock. at 19:15 we hadn't got our food yet. we went 2 times forward to see the problem. We went for your Valentine's Day experience. We had a reservation of 8:00. When we came there, nobody greeted us and nobody served the tables. After we had to wait 10 minutes, we asked ourselves at the switch whether someone worked the floor and we didn't say it. If we wanted to eat, we'd have got the long line on the switch. The woman before me had a 7:00 reservation and waited for her food. The whole point of going to White Castle on Valentine's Days is the fun to do so that it is fine food. The doorman and the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND . they were friendly. nice the food was hot. the place was BEAUTIFUL they decorated it beautiful. the candles. Flowers were very romantic. They even made room for my aunt and her children, as extras deserve the place 5 stars and I will again make reservations for the next Valentine's Day I hope to get the same crew they where nice friendly and very welcoming
