The server took our orders at 18:20. At 7:15 we hadn't got our food yet. We went two times forward to see the problem. We went for your Valentine's Day experience. We had a reservation of 8:00. When we came there, nobody greeted us and nobody served the tables. The doorman and the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND . they were friendly. nice the food was hot. the place was BEAUTIFUL they decorated it beautiful. the candles. Flowers were very romantic. They even made room for my aunt and her children, as extras deserve the place 5 stars and I will again make reservations for the next Valentine's Day I hope to get the same crew they where nice friendly and very welcoming
Was okay, COVID played a role why it wasn't so great this year. Usually Valentines in White Castle is fun and chess at the same time. This year they get a past because of what's going on in the world. Hopefully next year it will be normal fun and scam.
