While the food was good, as always, all tables were dirty and we had to use a napkin to clean our table. I asked for extra napkins because we used the two to make our food. I wait on the counter as a person (which just seemed to be standing there?supervising?? asked the person who traveled through to get me napkins, and that was the end of this request. I'll wait there for a few minutes. They were too interested in driving through, not worrying about those who had already paid. I finally went to the bathroom and got some paper towels to wipe off our hands. I'm not sure why I was completely ignored, but I'm not going to do business with this special White Castle again. The computer was down today, so the service speed was such that it actually, literally, would have been faster to go to a grocery store, get burgers, and cook them at home rather than eat here. I would estimate the wait was around half an hour, so that's 45 minutes to get White Castle for one if you drive seven and a half minutes each way. They also needed assistance remembering how many combos I had ordered (one) and that I had not received the ordered drink.
I have been to this location 4 times. Each time the staff was nice, there wasn?t a long wait, and my food was nice and hot, and my order is always correct. If you go around 12 you should expect to have some wait time. That?s just about at any restaurant around that time. Most people go to lunch at noon. I happen to go to lunch at odd time. I never have to wait.

I have never experienced such exceptional service in all my 32 years of life! This was truly the best meal I have ever had. When we asked for no onions, they actually made it without onions. The food was incredibly fresh and the wait time was short. I am grateful for the outstanding service provided during the late night shift. Thank you!
Went to White Castles on Dorsett Friday afternoon. Two cars in front of me in drive through. Unbelievable wait for ten burgers. Asked for ketchup only. Didn't get any. Next time I will go to grocery store and buy burger to cook at home. It will be quicker. No none forgotten customer service.
I was very disappointed for the first time. I expected another tasteful taste, but it was a Bland cheese and Pickle Slide.i also had the chocolate shake that was not impressive. Don't eat at White Castle again. The food was hot and fresh, so I probably was the only thing I enjoyed.
