Enjoyed past Valentines here, but seem to have new staff-table set with cover flowers, no menu. have to see at counter -had 1 choice menu on return but didn 't know cost. Took drink order-coffee sugar-she found menu like previous years brought beverages. Sugar never arrived nor on trays set up with condiments (self serve), tho did get from service area myself. Dinner arrived, she set tray on middle of table, left -we unloaded tray placed it against wall at end of table. Very pleasant, but probably never waited tables before. Also so busy serving adjacent table of 10 had to be flagged several times in order to pay our bill. Not upset, just reviewing. ,
Our annual Valentine's Day visit to White Castle was fantastic. The manager and server were both very attentive and did an excellent job. We did encounter two issues, though. First, the music was quite loud over the PA system. We requested a change, which was made, but it still remained too loud for our liking. Secondly, we experienced significant temperature fluctuations. The restaurant would become very warm, only to have the thermostat kick in and make it quite cold before the heat returned. This has been a recurring issue on previous visits as well. Despite these concerns, we had a wonderful time overall.
My husband and I dined at this restaurant for Valentine's Day, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were sweet and fun, making our experience truly enjoyable. Although I didn't catch anyone's name, everyone treated us with kindness and respect, and we loved every moment there. They even played romantic music for us, which added to the atmosphere. Well done!

Sandwiches were cold, onion rings were overcooked and hard, and even the mix on the soda was off.
The ladies taking care of the dining room were awesome. This may be an annual trip!
