Never in my life has a White Castle taken this long to fill an order. Zero excuses could explain anything more than a 5 minute wait… It’s FAST food. I have not been in daytime. So if management sees this. PLEASE fire every night time employee, they are worthless. It’s so sad this has happened even once let alone continually. You can’t get an easier job and they can’t even do it right…sad!
I had heard that White Castle offers affordable breakfast options, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, and it was delicious and satisfying—all for just $2.00!
Terrible service. This is by far the slowest location, no matter the time of day or night. The employees will keep you waiting in the drive-thru while they hang out back smoking. I recommend staying far, far away from this place.

Just once I would love to order food and it be hot. Especially the White Castle. I will wait another 4-6 months again before I try to get good food.
Worst store in louisville they will take care of the whole drive through line before Togo orders and walk in. Close this store!
White Castle was very clean, with tidy tables and floors. The service was prompt and friendly. The onion rings were excellent!

I think the DMV is twice as fast as this drive through. Food is good, but expect to wait 30-45 min!
