We waited to be seated although place was not busy and staff was standing around. Waited quite a while for them to give us menus (had to ask for them) and take our order. Food: onion chips came cold and had to ask for hot ones which came out overdone. My sliders came out with so much mustard they were bitter and I had to scrape off as much as I could. Menu was nothing special. While those behind the counter were working very hard, overall staff was very dis organized. It was Valentine's day during our visit. It didn't seem well put together as the last year that we've been there. The place wasn't as decorated as last year. None of the candles on the tables were lit. We had to seat ourselves and also find someone to help us while left unattended. The waiter forgor one of our order. Last year they handed out mints in a heart shape dispenser, this year we got nothing. Not sure if they forgot to hand them out or they're just cutting cost. I think we're going to have to try a different location next year. I've heard great things about the coon rapids location, they even serve ice cream.
My kids and I had a nice time on Valentine 's Day. We really love the ambiance and the 50 's music playing as well dined. The staff were very nice and attentive and even took wonderful pictures for us before we left. It 's pretty hard to impress teenagers but my kids told me that was pretty cool mom on the way home Thank you for helping me get my cool points. See ya next year!
Our 3rd Valentine event at the Maple Grove location. This time, a very disappointing experience. Horrible service and one of the items we wanted on the menu was not available and we were there at the earliest reservation. This White Castle has gone down hill.

White Chastle's food has always been a staple go to ....when they get the order right. This also applies to their Valentines day Dinner special....But the food is excellent...when right.

Valentines Day at White Castle is a unique romantic opportunity. My wife and I both adored the cheeky Decour, atmosphere, and ambience. A wonderful low-key evening!
