I read a lot of reviews written by people who have never worked in this kind of business, yet lead a fast food place. I started going to White Castle when I was a kid, and I'm approaching 70 now. My best memory is from the one on Fordham Road, although it doesn't look like that today. Nevertheless, I like her and if I have the chance to get something without going out of the way, I will. White Castle thinks it is the Ruth Cris of burgerland. They have priced them selves out of the market. Spending money on a burger with 5 holes in it is absurd. I could buy a pound of chopped meat without holes for 3 burgers. Fries are always great too at WC. Not worth the price for 2 small fries either. I could buy a 5 pound bag potatoes for that much. Besides I could cook my own slider quicker at home from the time spent at the order window to the pick up window. Coupns? Sorry don't crave that any longer from WC!
I enjoy going to this white castle location. Great teamwork staff. Variety of options. Staff repeats the order back to the customer before putting the order through to be prepared. Staff ask if customers wants sauces or any condiments with the orderafter order is in the bag which is great. Like going to this location. Highly recommend this location.
The food was served hot and delicious, and our waiter, Josiah, took our order along with a complicated take-out order flawlessly. We appreciated his efficient and courteous service, as well as the excellent service from the manager, Lisa, who confirmed our reservation.

Fantastic place for fast food. If your hungry, not in mood to cook, crave something and want it fast on the go? Come to WC. Order pay and your on your way. You kill your crave you feel full. If you decide to stay and eat inside, there is plenty ofparking.
I cannot comment on the typical dining experience, but the Valentine's Day celebration was fantastic. The staff did an excellent job with decorations, hosting, serving, engaging with guests, and taking pictures.
Our third year in a row enjoying a blast from the past Valentine’s Day meal which is especially fun with table service, tablecloths and decorations.
Staff was nice and friendly. Only issue is though I was charged for extra pickles, they didn't put any pickles at all in some of the burgers.

I bought the fish sliders. To be honest, it was ok. It wasn't what I expected. You have to put your own tartar sauce on it.
We had a wonderful time. The staff that night were very attentive and the food came out fairly quickly and hot.
