My Mum, Sister and I just stayed in the one room they have above the pub this weekend (Friday and Saturday night. Well, I say above the pub, it’s a very old building so the whole apartment upstairs slants meaning that one of the two bedrooms is separated from the bar by two thin doors. It’s best to describe this place as pros and cons. Pros: it’s massive. Very large ‘L’ shaped sofa in a large lounge. Me and my partner went here a little while ago 'cause I was nosing through Google Maps looking at the Pubs in the area that does food and that, and we liked the look of what this Pub has. (Plus we went here previously for a Pint and we liked it And we were not disappointed, the food here was fantastic. There was a handsome amount of food to fill your bellies and it all tasted so good! Walked in and they were able to cater for 6 adults and 3 children they had the tables sorted within minutes drinks brought to the table the food was all freshly cooked it was great Thankyou

Delicious dinner on a cold evening. My husband had a meat pie, and I had a jacket potato with beans and cheese. Excellent veg on the side!
