The chips were good, hot, and crispy, but the portion size was not very generous. Unfortunately, when I heated up a beef mince pie in the microwave, the pastry became gooey and translucent, making it inedible. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they initially ignored me and then became verbally abusive. They lied about not using the oven as an alternative, claiming it would take too long to heat up. I politely asked for some form of compensation, but they repeatedly ignored my requests. Eventually, after threatening to go online with my complaint, they begrudgingly offered to knock £2 off the bill. However, I was left with the impression that the staff were arrogant and...
I have been visiting this exceptional fish and chips restaurant for a long time and my parents have regularly visited for over 25 years. We were there again this evening and, as always, received first class service with delicious fresh food. Highly recommend and will be back soon! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
All prices based on cooked food at any other fish and chips shop. At this shop Salmon price is £11.80 But they charge you £1,50 extra for cooking without telling you prior. So it’s make you unhappy.

I absolutely love getting takeout from Whitehouse! Thank you once again. The price per person is around £50-60 and the food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating.
