My experience was marred by finding a sharp, plastic shred in the omelette that I ordered. Not only is it a health hazard, but it also raises concerns about the overall hygiene and quality control standards in the kitchen. I brought the issue to the attention of the staff. She was apologetic, but I believe that a situation like this warrants more than a simple apology. As a customer, I expect to be able to enjoy my food without any safety concerns. While I appreciate the apology from the staff, it is important that the similar incident does not happen in future and ensure the safety of their customers.
The menu features several gluten-free options, and I informed my server about my gluten allergy. However, I received hash browns that had been fried in a shared fryer. I had to ask another server if the hash browns were safe for me to consume. They eventually replaced them with berries, but I believe the staff should be more knowledgeable about allergens, especially for items labeled as gluten-free on the menu.
I also ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which was decent but warm; I prefer my chicken salad served cold. On a positive note, the manager was very accommodating and offered to make new Bennys, but my wife and daughter weren't interested, as they found the dishes unappealing anyway. To top it off, there was a significant fly issue in the restaurant.
This used to be my favorite takeout spot, but my recent order was quite disappointing. I got the usually fantastic chicken, but it arrived overcooked and without the sauce. No words.... Guys please look into your kitchen and water bottle you serve. If I would drink water from this bottle I would end up in the hospital. It's disgusting, mold and dirt in the bottom of bottle are unacceptable! You could say sorry and don't charge us. Instead you brought us another bottle and we're silent as fish.
Braised Short rib Benny is excellent. But didn't have the fresh berries. Instead, gave me a box of popcorn. Funny, but not cool. I'll still order again. Hopefully I get a call about an item out of stock instead of getting a popcorn surprise in its place.
Food was very tasty, but portion size for the scallops (4 very small ones with only 1 modest side) was disappointingly small for the hefty price.
The pan-roasted chicken is fantastic, and the salmon with jalapeño cheddar grits is always superb. The food here is consistently excellent! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
